  2. 2018 – Mountain Living Magazine recognizes Guida Construction for restoration project on remote mountain site location
  3. 2017 Jim Guida completes extensive training program in real estate investing and opens up business with his son in Denver & Colorado Springs.
  4. 2016 National Association of Home Builders recognizes Jim Guida for achieving the highest honor of Graduate Master Builder and Graduate Master Remodeler. Guida becomes only the 5th person in Colorado to receive this award.
  5. 2013 – Jim Guida completes extensive Passive House training and markets first Passive House in the Vail valley.
