Team collaboration: owner, architect, contractor

As contractors, during design development we typically consult on a wide range of building objectives to help establish and define project goals and general requirements.

As the projects move in preconstruction, we become more involved in budgeting and value engineering, a process that directly involves the owner and architect. Cost and value are weighed against options and benefits. This time also gives us the best opportunity to uncover potential situations that may lead to complications or delays.
